Neal H. Newsom, MD, is a retired physician, world traveler and
beekeeper (owner-operator of Argonne Apiary). He's also the supportive
husband of Veranda magazine founder and editor-in-chief Lisa
Newsom, a father of four and soon to be a two-time grandfather who
has delivered hundreds of Buckhead babies.
A Columbus, Ga., native, he served in the armed services before
adopting Buckhead as his permanent home and Piedmont Hospital as
his base of operations for delivering new Buckhead residents. At one

luggage-control on their trips in the U.S. and abroad, Dr.
Newsom tends his bee hives and is an avid tennis player.

opened by Azuni's operators next to Bacchanalia. We heartily recommend
